重锤限位器一种由装在电动葫芦卷扬外壳侧面的开关座、紧固在开关座上的限位开关、吊索绳、重锤组成的重锤式单向断火限位器。
其特征在于： 1.吊索绳一端固定在限位开关中的拉杆上，另一端穿过重锤上的孔并由紧定螺钉锁紧，重锤通过另一偏置孔空套在电动葫芦楔紧端的钢丝绳上，重锤端头装有锁绳盖板；
2.限位开关是由开关和接触器改装而成，拉杆在重锤的拉力下，使得触头处于闭合状态，导杆的上端穿过本体后装有复位弹簧和调整螺母，导杆通过一对弹簧与触桥相连组成快速通、断机构；
3.限位开关的触头分别串联接在电动葫芦的主电路中。
用途：双梁防爆起重机上限位开关。
防爆等级ExdllCT4。
